Lichfields UK, a staff-owned planning and development consultancy, invites applications for an Associate Director in our Birmingham office. You will lead planning projects, prepare applications and strategies, and advise developers, housebuilders and authorities at all stages of the planning process.

A Chartered RTPI membership and 5+ years PQE are essential. The role offers a dynamic environment with opportunities for significant responsibilities, networking, and a profit-sharing bonus scheme

Qualifications

• Chartered membership of the RTPI is required.
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in planning.
• Strong analytical, writing and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare planning applications and appeals throughout all stages of the planning process.
• Conduct site appraisals and develop planning strategies.
• Provide advice and guidance on planning and land use to clients and authorities.
• Assist in development plan representations and client relations for ongoing projects.
