Job summary

Lichfields, a planning and development consultancy in Birmingham, is seeking a Planner/Senior Planner. You will prepare planning applications and appeals, undertake site appraisals and develop planning strategies, and represent development plans for leading developers, housebuilders and institutions.

Qualifications

• Analytical, presentation and writing skills.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare planning applications and appeals.
• Conduct site appraisals and develop planning strategies.
• Represent development plans and provide land-use guidance to clients and authorities.
• Support Environmental Impact Assessments where applicable.
