Job summary

Chadwick Nott is representing a nationally recognised Planning & Infrastructure team recruiting an experienced Planning Associate or Senior Associate in Exeter, offering exposure to high-profile regional and national projects from day one.

You will handle complex matters across sectors, manage your own caseload, and work closely with Partners, with clear progression and extensive client contact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ PQE with a strong grounding in planning law.
• Experience in residential development and/or energy matters is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and ability to handle complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of planning matters with autonomy and responsibility.
• Collaborate with Partners and cross-office teams on major projects.
• Develop sector specialism over time within energy, infrastructure or development.
• Support on planning obligations, CIL, or disputes as required.
