Chadwick Nott is seeking a Planning Associate/Senior Associate in Bristol to join a leading Planning & Environmental team. You will advise developers, infrastructure providers and landowners on a broad range of planning matters, including major infrastructure projects and development schemes, with a focus on DCOs, Town and Country Planning work and related transactions.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years' PQE in planning law (applications outside this range welcome).
• Experience advising on DCOs, major infrastructure projects or related regimes.
• Solid grounding in Town and Country Planning work.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Interest in building client relationships and supporting business development.

Responsibilities

• Advise on planning matters for developers, infrastructure providers, investors and landowners.
• Work on DCOs, planning applications, appeals and development strategy.
• Support real estate, energy and corporate transactions with planning input.
• Develop business by client relationship management.
