Job summary

Nationwide Group is seeking a Senior Planning Analyst to lead demand forecasting and resource planning for the Business Banking workstream within the Workforce Planning and Performance team. You will translate demand into resource requirements, explain risks and financial impacts, and collaborate with senior leaders to ensure plans align with objectives.

Qualifications

Experience developing demand forecasts using historical trends and seasonality.
Ability to translate demand into workload and resource requirements.
Experience maintaining short-, medium-, and long-term resource plans.
Ability to explain forecasting methods to technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain and present demand forecasts and resource plans for Business Banking, highlighting risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with senior leaders across Business Banking and wider organisation to align plans with priorities.
