Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Channel Performance Partner to join the Business Banking workstream within the Workforce Planning and Performance team. You will lead demand forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and scenario modelling, collaborating with Business Banking partners to optimise performance and support decision-making.

You will work with peers to improve planning and delivery, with a hybrid working approach across the UK.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in a planning and forecasting role.
• Ability to apply demand forecasting, capacity planning and scenario modelling to Business Banking.
• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with ability to present information clearly.
• Experience presenting data and challenges to senior stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability to changing business needs.
• Strong prioritisation and ability to learn new processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver demand forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling and scenario modelling for Business Banking.
• Support the Business Banking reporting and insight strategy by identifying opportunities to add value through workforce planning and helping colleagues make effective use of data.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers to improve planning effectiveness and drive performance outcomes.
