Job summary

Alexander Associates is seeking a Senior Planner for the West Wickham water infrastructure team. You will develop, manage and report on tender and contractual programmes, ensuring milestones are achieved and costs controlled.

You will mentor junior Planners, collaborate with project and commercial teams, and drive 4D construction planning while maintaining programme baselines and client reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience planning civil engineering and M&E projects.
• Knowledge of production control and collaborative planning techniques.
• HSE awareness and a valid CSCS card.
• Experience with NEC3 and NEC4 contracts.
• Strong MS Office and planning software skills.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and report tender and contractual programmes.
• Monitor progress, costs and milestones across multiple projects.
• Identify risks and opportunities and mitigate where possible.
• Lead development and implementation of 4D construction planning.
• Create baselines and track progress against them.
• Attend meetings and present programme updates to stakeholders.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior Planners.
