Job summary

Aureos invites applications for a Planner to lead the planning function on a major nuclear decommissioning and demolition project in Dungeness. The role requires development, agreement, update and maintenance of the Clause 31 programme under an NEC4 contract.

The successful candidate will bring strong NEC planning expertise, ensure collaboration with commercial and project controls, and lead collaborative planning reviews to keep the schedule aligned with contractual and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline (civil engineering, demolition, construction).
• Knowledge of industrial or nuclear regulated environments.
• IT competence; expert knowledge of Primavera P6; integration of project controls, commercial and planning functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning function for the NEC4 contract and Clause 31 programme.
• Review tender/Cl31/Cl32 programmes and ensure client submissions align with contract requirements.
• Coordinate with design, commercial and project controls to maintain reporting structures and forecasting.
• Manage resource scheduling and cost-loaded programmes and provide insights for decision making.
• Promote and maintain compliant planning processes and risk management.
• Deliver succinct planning reports to the Planning Manager and client.
