You will develop and manage detailed construction programmes, working with estimating, engineering and commercial teams to ensure efficient delivery and compliance with contractual obligations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Senior Planner or Planner in civil engineering, construction or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling and project sequencing.

Aufgaben

• Developing and managing detailed construction programmes, including resource loading.
• Reviewing project information to establish scope and planning requirements.
• Developing construction methodologies, sequencing and critical path programmes.
• Supporting tender submissions with detailed programmes and planning strategies.
• Identifying programme risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Attending bid reviews and presenting proposed delivery strategies.
• Monitoring progress and reporting to project teams.
