Job summary

Infraspec in Sheffield is seeking a Senior Planner to join a major programme, with hybrid working. You will own planning across complex, high-value programmes and collaborate with project managers, commercial teams, contractors and senior stakeholders to drive delivery performance.

The role requires strong Primavera P6 experience, NEC contract knowledge, and the ability to analyse progress, assess risks and present clear insights. A proactive, independent approach will be valued.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Planner / Project Planner on major infrastructure projects.
• Strong Primavera P6 and NEC contract understanding.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing detailed programmes using Primavera P6.
• Taking ownership of programme performance, milestones and critical path.
• Analysing progress and identifying delays, risks and opportunities.
• Producing programme reporting and providing clear insight to senior stakeholders.
• Supporting change management, schedule assurance and programme governance.
• Working closely with commercial and delivery teams.
• Supporting programme strategy throughout the project lifecycle.
• Providing planning expertise and challenge to help maintain delivery performance.
