Assystem seeks an experienced Senior Planner to support the planning and delivery of complex energy, grid and power infrastructure projects in the UK. You will develop robust programmes, monitor progress and manage interfaces across engineering, construction and procurement teams.

You will bring a strong background in grid connections, electrical infrastructure and multi-disciplinary planning, with advanced skills in Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Formación

• Significant experience as a Planner or Senior Planner in energy, power, utilities, infrastructure or construction.
• Strong knowledge of planning methodologies, programme controls and critical path analysis.
• Experience using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Ability to develop and manage complex, multi-disciplinary programmes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, manage and maintain detailed project programmes from concept to handover.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement and delivery teams to ensure alignment.
• Create integrated schedules for grid connections, power supply, infrastructure and commissioning.
• Monitor progress, identify delays and risks, and report to senior management.
• Provide regular updates and commentary on programme performance to stakeholders.
• Review contractor programmes and ensure alignment with delivery strategy.
• Maintain programme governance including baselines, milestones and progress measurement.
• Identify opportunities to improve programme performance and mitigate risks.
