Job summary

K2 Construction Management, part of Hanmi Global, seeks a Senior Planner to support major data centre programmes across the North East. This role blends close project delivery with strategic planning, requiring strong Primavera P6 capability and a collaborative approach with clients and partners.

The candidate will develop and manage integrated programmes, review baselines, and lead critical path and change control efforts to keep complex construction schedules on track.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a Senior Planning role.
• Proven delivery experience within data centre projects.
• Strong Primavera P6 expertise.
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing.
• Experience on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and maintain integrated project programmes.
• Produce baseline programmes and monitor milestones.
• Identify programme risks, constraints and opportunities.
• Undertake critical path analysis and recovery planning.
• Manage change and assess programme impacts.
• Produce progress reports, dashboards and updates.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and project teams to drive performance.
• Support project controls and wider delivery activities.
