Job summary

K2 Construction Management (K2CM), part of Hanmi Global, seeks a Senior Planner to support major data centre projects across the North East. The role focuses on close delivery collaboration with clients, contractors and project teams on fast-paced construction programmes.

Strong Primavera P6 capability and experience developing, reviewing and maintaining programmes throughout the lifecycle are essential for success in this position based in the North East on a full-time basis.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a Senior Planning role.
• Proven delivery experience within the data centre sector.
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing.
• Experience working on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing, managing and maintaining integrated project programmes.
• Producing baseline programmes and monitoring progress against key milestones.
• Identifying programme risks, constraints and opportunities.
• Undertaking critical path analysis and programme recovery planning.
• Managing change and assessing programme impacts.
• Producing programme reports, dashboards and progress updates.
• Working closely with clients, contractors and project teams to drive programme performance.
• Supporting project controls and wider project delivery activities.
• Facilitating planning workshops and programme reviews.
