Job summary

McLaughlin & Harvey in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Planner to lead development and monitoring of programme solutions for high-value projects across sectors. You will develop tender submissions, construction and target programmes, procurement scheduling, and on-site coordination, reporting to the Head of Planning.

You will work with Bid Directors and Project Delivery Teams, drive continuous improvement, meet development targets, and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Construction-related qualification is required.
• Experience in Building/Construction processes is desirable.
• High attention to detail when reviewing programme solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, accurate and reliable programme data.
• Develop project Programmes and Logistics Plans.
• Review tender/construction drawings to understand the project.
• Coordinate subcontractor programmes and briefing reports.
• Monitor progress and report against targets.
• Support other planning department members.
