Inform3 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join our client in Portadown on a permanent basis. You will own project planning and programming across multiple projects, collaborating with project managers, site teams and senior management to ensure on-time delivery from procurement through to completion.

You will lead detailed programmes, monitor progress, identify risks and provide regular updates to senior management while coordinating with clients and suppliers to keep

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a planning role within the construction or manufacturing sector.
• Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6.
• Proven experience developing, managing and updating complex project programmes.
• Ability to identify programme risks, analyse delays and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Experience working collaboratively with project managers, programme managers and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage at all levels.
• A proactive, structured approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of key deliverables.

Mansioni

• Developing, managing and maintaining detailed project programmes, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements, client expectations and key milestones.
• Taking ownership of the planning and programming function across assigned projects from procurement through to final account.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying potential delays and working proactively with delivery teams to implement mitigation and recovery measures.
• Producing regular progress reports, programme updates and portfolio-level analysis for senior management.
• Working closely with project managers, site teams and key stakeholders to ensure programmes remain achievable and projects stay on track.
• Attending site visits and progress meetings to review performance, assess risks and support project delivery.
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal departments to coordinate programme requirements.
• Providing planning support and technical guidance to the wider commercial and operational teams.
• Highlighting programme risks, critical path activities and potential issues to senior management, recommending practical solutions.
