Job summary

CPL Group in Craigavon is seeking a Senior Project Planner to lead the development and maintenance of integrated project programmes from concept to installation. The role emphasizes strong expertise in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 to coordinate complex, high-value projects.

You will work with design, manufacturing, production and site teams to ensure visibility, control and confidence throughout the lifecycle, driving best-practice planning across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a project planning, scheduling, or programme management role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent planning software.
• Experience coordinating design, procurement, manufacturing and installation activities.
• Ability to manage interdependencies and multi-workstream plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project programmes using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 (or similar).
• Integrate schedules across design, procurement, manufacturing and installation into a single plan.
• Establish milestones, critical paths, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate programme updates.
• Identify delays, risks and resource constraints; implement mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across project phases.
• Produce reports, dashboards and updates for stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of planning and scheduling processes.
• Drive best practice programme management across multiple workstreams.

A leading organisation delivering complex, high-value projects is seeking an experienced Senior Project Planner to join its growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a planning professional with strong expertise in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 (or similar scheduling tools) to play a key role in coordinating the successful delivery of bespoke projects from concept through to installation.

Working closely with design, manufacturing, production, and site teams, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrated project programmes that provide visibility, control, and confidence throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project programmes using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 (or similar)
• Integrate design, procurement, manufacturing, and installation schedules into a single project plan
• Establish key milestones, critical paths, dependencies, and project deliverables
• Monitor project progress and maintain accurate programme updates
