Job summary

Fawkes & Reece is seeking a Planner or Senior Planner to join the Civils & Water sector projects across the Southwest of England. You will create and manage tender, contract and construction programmes while producing tender deliverables and reporting to clients.

The role involves site planning meetings, programme sequencing, and could be split between office, site and home in a hybrid arrangement.

Qualifications

• Educated to at least HNC/HND level in a relevant construction related subject matter
• A working knowledge of Asta Powerproject is preferred but not essential. P6 Planners will very much be considered
• Demonstrable experience in leadership, resource allocation and general management
• Experience in risk identification and assessment
• Detailed knowledge and experience of managing and maintaining a works programme

Responsibilities

• Creation and management of Tender, Contract and Construction programmes
• Production of Tender deliverables, feeding information to contract reports for Client consumption
• Holding site planning meetings, producing programme sequence / phasing slides
• Amongst a wealth of other responsibilities
