Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Planner or Senior Planner to join a civil engineering contractor in the Southwest/ Hampshire region. You will create and manage programmes for tender and construction, report to clients, and lead planning activities across Office, Site, and home locations.

The role offers hybrid working with standard career progression in a busy civils team, handling multimillion-pound projects and ensuring robust scheduling across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• HND-C / Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• HNC/HND level in construction related subject matter.
• Asta Powerproject knowledge preferred; P6 planners considered.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Tender, Contract and Construction programmes.
• Produce Tender deliverables and feed information to contract reports.
• Hold site planning meetings and prepare programme sequences/ phasing slides.
