Job summary

Fawkes & Reece in Yorkshire is seeking a Senior Planner to join a high-profile fit-out/construction team. You will manage tender programmes, support planning across projects, and ensure construction programmes are created, updated and aligned with project needs.

Based in the Yorkshire region, you will be strong on the contractual side, handling obligations, risk management and programme compliance, working on schemes across multiple sectors with a robust pipeline ahead.

• Collating progress information and understanding any areas of concern during the planning stage
• Creating workable construction programmes, monitoring and updating

Role: Senior Planner

Location: Yorkshire

Salary: £70,000/£80,000 + Package

The role of a Senior Planner:

As Planner you will play a key role working on high profile schemes throughout the Yorkshire region.

You will retain an overall monitoring capacity for complex projects to ensure construction plans are created, updated, and amended in line with project needs. You'll be strong on the contractual side, ensuring obligations, claims, risk management and programme supports compliance.

As Planner your day to day will include:
