Job summary

Fawkes & Reece in Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to lead tender programmes and develop construction schedules for high-profile schemes across the Yorkshire region.

You will monitor plans, attend site visits, collate progress data, update programmes, and provide planning expertise across projects, with a strong team and attractive salary package.

Role: Senior Planner

Location: Yorkshire

Salary: £70,000/£80,000 + Package

The role of a Senior Planner:

As Planner you will play a key role working on high profile schemes throughout the Yorkshire region.

You will retain an overall monitoring capacity for complex projects to ensure construction plans are created, updated, and amended in line with project needs. You'll be strong on the contractual side, ensuring obligations, claims, risk management and programme supports compliance.

As Planner your day to day will include:
