Bigblue in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Pitch Interior Designer to lead the creative response on workplace pitches. You will own the front end of the design process, transform briefs into winning concepts, and present directly to clients with storytelling and confidence.

This is a role for a workplace design professional who thrives on pitches, client interaction and turning ideas into a compelling narrative that wins business. Hybrid working is offered.

Formación

• Substantial commercial workplace interior design experience.
• Love pitching and client-facing presentations.
• Ability to translate briefs into compelling concepts for pitches.
• Strong conceptual and creative design ability.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
• Confidently present directly to clients and stakeholders.
• Understand workplace trends, materials, furniture, and evolving ways of working.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the creative design response for workplace pitches and new business opportunities.
• Turn client briefs into strong, original interior concepts for competitive pitches.
• Develop concept designs, look and feel, space planning and presentation material.
• Create a clear narrative around each concept for client buy-in.
• Present and pitch design concepts directly to clients and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, pre-construction and design teams to win proposals.
• Attend client meetings, workshops and pitch presentations.
