Job summary

Modus Careers is recruiting a Senior Interior Designer for an established luxury residential studio in Birmingham. You will own projects from concept through to completion, leading client conversations and coordinating joinery, FF&E, and site visits.

You must have strong AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe skills, with around 10 years in interior design and a portfolio of high-quality private homes. A driving license is preferred for site visits.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10+ years in interior design with a strong luxury residential background.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality, delivered work in private homes.

Responsibilities

• Lead client conversations and develop concepts from concept to completion.
• Specify FF&E and materials; coordinate suppliers and contractors.
• Visit sites to ensure the finished project delivers the original vision.
