Job summary

Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics seeks a Construction Manager / Lead - Pipework for the HPC project at Hinkley Point C. This on-site role focuses on coordinating pipework installation activities, working with site teams to prevent delays and support handover to commissioning.

The ideal candidate has extensive pipework installation experience, CDM knowledge, and a track record in large-scale construction delivery, with readiness for security clearance.

Qualifications

Degree in construction discipline or pipework installation with substantial experience in site leadership.
Experience in pipework systems installation and on-site execution.
Knowledge of CDM Regulations and health & safety practices.
Ability to obtain BPSS or higher security clearance.

Responsibilities

Support installation activities of the HPC MEH Pipework scope on site, coordinating with site teams.
Lead and coordinate construction planning, material deliveries, and documentation to maintain schedule.
Deliver discipline-specific work packs and manage change within the discipline using the project change process.
Collaborate with building and area leads to maximise efficiency and ensure integration with other disciplines.
