You will guide a disciplined crew, ensure productivity while maintaining nuclear safety standards, and coordinate with stakeholders to meet project milestones and regulatory requirements. Extensive construction experience is essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ or Diploma Level 3 in a relevant discipline is required.
• CCNSG Safety Passport is required.
• LATS, SSSTS, SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely is required.
• Proven experience as a Pipefitter Supervisor on engineering projects.
• Nuclear power project experience preferred.
• Experience on major construction projects.
• Relevant Skills Card where required.

• Work within the MEH Alliance, collaborating to deliver complex piping and cabling systems.
• Provide a positive HSE front line leadership role, supporting a Nuclear Safety Culture.
• Guide the team to achieve high productivity while prioritising safety.
• Ensure efficient project completion, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback.
• Transmit instructions, specifications, and regulations to support team performance.
• Adhere to statutory, company, industry, and client requirements.
• Deliver the agreed work scope within the established timeframe.
