Job summary

Sustainable Talent is seeking a Senior Pipeline Project Manager for a 24-month contract within the Renewables and Energy sector. The role is hybrid with 4 days in Chester, starting October 2026.

You will lead major pipeline programmes, manage client relationships and apply NEC contract knowledge to deliver across a Carbon Capture project. Candidates with national gas/cadent gas background, strong civils and pipeline experience, and accredited project management certifications will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong senior project management experience with client-facing roles.
• Accredited with relevant PM certifications and qualifications.
• Excellent NEC contract knowledge and commercial acumen.
• Ability to lead and deliver pipeline programmes for major Carbon Capture projects.
• National Gas / Cadent Gas background preferred, with heavy civils and pipeline experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end pipeline programmes and manage key stakeholders.
• Drive delivery in line with NEC contractual requirements.
• Facilitate front-line leadership across project teams.
• Monitor progress, risk, and cost across the contract.
