Job summary

Milford RES is recruiting a Senior Pipelines Engineer to lead pipeline and underground installation works on a major carbon capture scheme near Chester. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pipelines professional to join a high-profile project with significant underground work.

You will provide technical leadership, coordinate with contractors and site teams, ensure safety, quality and programme compliance, and drive delivery across the project lifecycle in collaboration with

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering pipelines on major infrastructure projects.
• Strong background in underground utilities and related infrastructure.
• Experience as Sub Agent, Senior Engineer or equivalent.
• Good understanding of construction method, sequencing, and site delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage pipeline and underground installation activities on site.
• Provide engineering expertise across complex pipeline and utilities works.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, site teams and the project delivery team.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with specs.
• Support planning and sequencing of pipeline installation works.
• Identify and resolve technical and construction issues.
• Ensure works meet health, safety, environmental and quality requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering and construction teams.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders and contribute to progress reviews.
