Job summary

Sustainable Talent is seeking a Senior AGI Project Manager for a 24-month contract in the Renewables and Energy sector. The role is hybrid with 4 days on site in Chester. You will lead the AGI element of a large Carbon Capture project, drawing on extensive senior project management and NEC contracts experience.

The ideal candidate has strong client-facing skills and a background in gas/AGI-heavy civils work, with relevant project management qualifications. Interviews are ASAP.

Qualifications

• Senior PM with extensive client-facing experience.
• Accredited with relevant Project Management certificates and qualifications.
• Strong NEC contract knowledge and commercial acumen.
• Ability to lead from the front to deliver AGI programme elements.
• National Gas/ Cadent Gas background and AGI/heavy civils experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver AGI work packages within a large Carbon Capture project.
• Manage programme delivery across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships and clear governance.

LOCATION: Hybrid (4 days in Chester)

DURATION: 24 months

START DATE: October 2026

• Strong Senior Project Management experience, with the ability to demonstrate extensive client facing roles previously
• Accredited with relevant Project Management certificates and qualifications
• Excellent NEC contract knowledge, with a solid commercial acumen
• Ability to facilitate and lead from the front to deliver programmes of works for the AGI element of large Carbon Capture project
• National Gas/Cadent Gas background would be of benefit, along with strong AGI and heavy civils experience
