Job summary

Milford RES is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major carbon capture pipeline scheme in the North West. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors and stakeholders from development through completion, ensuring safety, quality and commercial alignment.

The role demands strong leadership, extensive pipeline/oil & gas delivery experience, and a track record of managing budgets, programmes and interfaces across large engineering projects.

Qualifications

• Significant pipeline/oil & gas project experience.
• Above ground installations (AGI) experience is essential.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing major contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Understanding of construction and project delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing budgets, programmes, risk and commercial interfaces.
• Strong understanding of HSE requirements in major projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Desirable project management or engineering qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a major pipeline infrastructure project from construction through to completion.
• Manage project teams, contractors, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes, budgets and delivery plans.
• Manage project risks, issues, change and interfaces.
• Provide strong leadership across engineering, construction, commercial, procurement, HSE and project controls functions.
• Report project progress, risks, performance and forecasts to senior management.
• Support commercial management, contract administration and change control.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, legislation and project requirements.
