Job summary

Glacier Energy is recruiting a Senior Pipeline Inspector for a gas pipeline and installation inspection framework, covering multiple sites. The role is site-based with 10-hour days and a competitive day rate for Ltd company contractors.

We are building our team ahead of a January/February 2027 start, with a 5-year framework and potential extension. Local candidates are preferred; accommodation may be available where needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience.
• Willing to undergo drug and alcohol testing.
• Able to contract through your own Ltd company.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level inspection of pipeline construction and installation activities.
• Check work against project specifications, procedures and quality standards.
• Record and report inspection findings, and raise and close out non-conformances.
• Liaise with site teams and the client, and support less experienced inspectors where needed.
• SHEA Gas and SHEA Cross-Country Pipelines.
