Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Claimant Personal Injury Fee Earner to join its specialist claimant team in the United Kingdom. You will manage a varied caseload of pre-litigated and litigated claims, including high-value cases, with responsibility for client meetings, court attendance and negotiations.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years' claimant PI experience, knowledge of MOJ Portal and CFAs, and a strong billing history.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in claimant personal injury.
• Experience handling litigated and pre-litigated claims, including high-value cases.
• Knowledge of Conditional Fee Agreements and the MOJ Portal.
• Strong billing history and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication, organisation and client care skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of pre-litigated and litigated personal injury claims.
• Client meetings and court attendance.
• Liaise with barristers and medical experts.
• Draft legal documents and value claims.
• Negotiate settlements.
