We are looking for enthusiastic Band 6 Physiotherapists to join our Outpatients MSK, Trauma & Orthopaedics, Burns & Plastics, and Elective Orthopaedics rotation in Bucks Healthcare NHS Trust. Rotations are 9 months long and cover a wide range of areas across different sites within the Trust. The rotations are:
This role will suit someone who is motivated, flexible, and hard-working, and keen to support patients in achieving their potential in rehabilitation. In all rotations, the role is part of a well-established and supportive therapy team. There is a strong emphasis on staff development with support from Band 7 team leads on each rotation.
The post involves weekend working as part of the therapy weekend service.
Responsibilities include performing assessments and treatments for patients with complex needs, providing advice, guidance, and information to health and social care professionals, carers, relatives, and other non-professionals. The role also involves undertaking all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner, participating in professional and service development, and contributing to organizational objectives.
