Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic Band 6 Physiotherapists to join our Outpatients MSK, Trauma & Orthopaedics, Burns & Plastics, and Elective Orthopaedics rotation at Bucks Healthcare NHS Trust. The rotations last 9 months and cover various areas across different sites within the Trust.

• Elective Orthopaedics - Wycombe Hospital
• Outpatients MSK - Stoke Mandeville Hospital
• Burns & Plastics - Stoke Mandeville Hospital
• Trauma & Orthopaedics - Stoke Mandeville Hospital

This role is suitable for motivated, flexible, and hardworking individuals who are eager to support patients in their rehabilitation. The role is part of a supportive therapy team with a strong emphasis on staff development, guided by Band 7 team leads on each rotation.

The position involves weekend work as part of the therapy weekend service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing assessments and treatments for patients with complex needs
• Providing advice, guidance, and information to health and social care professionals, carers, relatives, and other non-professionals
• Undertaking all clinical duties autonomously
• Participating in professional and service development initiatives and contributing to organizational objectives
