Job summary

British Rowing and the UK Sports Institute have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Senior Physiotherapist to work with the Paralympic squad at the GB Rowing Team (GBRT) National Training Centre in Caversham, Reading. The role involves leading on prehabilitation and performance preparation within a world-class MSK health team.

You will collaborate with coaches, strength & conditioning, and support personnel, with travel to camps and competitions across the cycle, contributing to podium

Qualifications

• Experience with high-performance sporting teams, preferably with Para athletes.
• Excellent manual handling skills and the ability to assist with athlete transfers and equipment movement.

Responsibilities

• Lead on prehabilitation and performance preparation with the GB Para Rowing Team.
• Collaborate with coaches and support staff to optimise athlete health and training delivery.
• Travel with the performance group to camps and competitions as required.
