Loughborough Sport is seeking a part-time physiotherapist to lead the assessment, rehabilitation, treatment and performance of the Cycling and Triathlon programmes. The role supports high-level athletes competing nationally and internationally and represents the University in BUCS.
You will work with a large medical department and alongside medical and technical staff, driving clinical excellence and athlete development while ensuring safeguarding and professional standards are met.
Part time 0.6 FTE (22.2 hours per week) and open ended
We have an exciting new opportunity at Loughborough Sport for a part time Physiotherapist to lead the assessment, rehabilitation, treatment and performance of the Cycling and Triathlon programmes. Both programmes work with high level athletes competing at national and international level, along with representing the University at BUCS.
Working alongside members of the medical and technical staff you will be driving the teams forward, striving for sporting success, clinical excellence and athlete development.
The successful candidate will be experienced in injury assessment, rehabilitation and improving performance. They will demonstrate experience of working in a team and experience working in sport.
The successful candidate will join a large medical department with over 20 clinicians with a focus on personal and professional development.
