Circle Health Group in Harrow is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist MSK - Outpatients to join the Physiotherapy department. The role is 32.5 hours per week on a permanent, part-time basis with a flexible shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient progress and adapt interventions accordingly, ensuring high standards of clinical care.
• Manage a designated caseload efficiently, prioritising based on clinical urgency and discharge planning needs.
• Liaise with the multidisciplinary team to support safe, effective, and timely patient care.
• Contribute to continuity of care by supporting patient transitions between services.

We have an opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist MSK - Outpatients to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department.

Location and Hours

32.5 Hours & Permanent Salary: Competitive

This is a part-time role for 32.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

Duties

• Independently assess and treat patients with more complex needs across inpatient or outpatient settings.
• Develop individualised treatment plans using a variety of physiotherapy techniques to optimise recovery, function, and independence.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt interventions accordingly, ensuring high standards of clinical care.
• Manage a designated caseload efficiently, prioritising based on clinical urgency and discharge planning needs.

Applicant Criteria

• HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.
• Solid post-registration experience across a range of clinical areas with 5 years MSK experience.
• Desirable to have specialities in but not limited to: Women's Health, Vestibular, Paediatrics, Orthopaedics.
• Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to team working and service improvement.
• Evidence of CPD or postgraduate learning in a relevant clinical area.
• Experience supporting or mentoring junior staff or students.
• Familiarity with electronic documentation and outcome measurement tools.
• Involvement in audit or clinical service initiatives.
