Job summary

Circle Cheshire Clinic in Northwich, part of Circle Health Group, is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist (MSK) on a bank basis to support the Physiotherapy department.

You will independently assess complex cases, develop treatment plans, manage a designated caseload, supervise juniors, and maintain HCPC/CSP-compliant records while contributing to audits and CPD.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualised treatment plans using a variety of physiotherapy techniques to optimise recovery, function, and independence.
• Manage a designated caseload efficiently, prioritising based on clinical urgency and discharge planning needs.
• Act as a point of contact for junior physiotherapists, therapy assistants, and students, offering guidance and informal supervision.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical records in line with HCPC, CSP, and local policy.
• Participate in audits, service evaluations, and quality improvement projects.
• Demonstrate commitment to ongoing CPD and reflective practice to support your development as a senior clinician.

Bank Shifts

Salary: Up to £25.00 per hour (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

We have an opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department.

This is a bank role working on an “as and when required” basis, you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.
