The Manor Hospital in Bedford is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join the Physiotherapy team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role is 37.5 hours per week with a flexible shift pattern and salary up to £42,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.

You will independently assess and treat patients with complex needs, develop tailored treatment plans, manage a caseload, supervise junior staff, and contribute to audits and CPD to support service improvement.

Formación

• HCPC-registered Physiotherapist with solid post-registration experience.
• Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to teamwork and service improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Independently assess and treat patients with complex needs in inpatient or outpatient settings.
• Develop individualised treatment plans using physiotherapy techniques to optimise recovery and function.
• Manage a designated caseload with prioritisation for discharge planning.
• Supervise junior physiotherapists, therapy assistants and students.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in line with HCPC and CSP guidelines.
• Participate in audits, service evaluations and quality improvement projects.
• Engage in CPD and reflective practice for ongoing professional development.
