Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist for Birch View in Coventry. The post involves leading specialist assessments and interventions to support residents across Midlands homes, with HCPC registration required.

You will manage a clinical caseload, collaborate with the Therapy Team, and contribute to person-centred rehabilitation plans that maximise independence and mobility.

Qualifications

• To apply, you must have a BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy and be HCPC registered.

Responsibilities

• Being responsible for a clinical caseload.
• Working alongside the people we support, their loved ones and professionals to develop and deliver person-centred physiotherapy interventions.
• Collaborating closely with the Therapy Team (Occupational Therapist, Therapy Assistant and Activities Coordinators).
• Carrying out assessments.
• Maintaining accurate records for people receiving physiotherapy.
• Promoting choice, dignity and independence.
