Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join Birch View in Coventry, covering Midlands homes. You will provide specialist assessments, diagnoses and interventions to maintain muscle function and independence for residents, within a supportive clinical team.

You will manage a clinical caseload, work with residents, families and professionals to deliver person-centred physiotherapy, document progress and promote dignity and autonomy.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy.
• HCPC registration is essential.
• Experience in physiotherapy best practice is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clinical caseload and provide specialist physiotherapy assessments and interventions.
• Develop person-centred rehabilitation plans with the multidisciplinary team.
• Carry out assessments and document progress to support independence.
• Collaborate with Therapy Team and liaise with residents, families and professionals.
