Job summary

Exemplar Health Care in Rotherham is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to manage a clinical caseload across Potters Green and Fairwinds care homes. You will provide specialist assessments and interventions to maintain and improve mobility, working with a multidisciplinary Clinical Team to deliver person-centred rehabilitation plans.

The role requires HCPC registration with a BSc/MSc in Physiotherapy, a compassionate approach, and a focus on dignity and independence for residents.

Qualifications

• Registered physiotherapist with HCPC and relevant qualifications.
• BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy with HCPC registration.
• Experience caring for adults with complex needs in rehabilitation.

Position

Senior Physiotherapist (Rotherham, S64 5UW / Rotherham, S61 1AJ) – Full time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday). 50/50 split between Potters Green and Fairwinds care homes. Rate: £41,030 per annum.

We support adults with complex mental health needs, dementia, neuro‑disabilities including acquired brain injuries, Huntington’s disease and Parkinson’s disease, and physical health needs.

About the role

Our Senior Physiotherapists provide specialist assessments, clinical diagnoses and interventions to support people to maintain optimal muscle function, limit/delay deterioration, and regain movement and mobility where possible. You’ll work as part of a wider Clinical Team to create person‑centred care and rehabilitation plans that maintain and build people’s abilities, support them to achieve their physiotherapy goals and evaluate outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with the Therapy Team (Occupational Therapist, Therapy Assistant and Activities Coordinators)
