Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the Multidisciplinary Chronic Pain Service. You will deliver physiotherapy assessment and treatment for patients with chronic pain, working within a supportive MDT to improve function and quality of life.

The post supports development of psychological skills, self-management, and structured education programmes, including group sessions. Experience in musculoskeletal or chronic conditions is desirable.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is essential.
• Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy is essential.
• Completion of band 5 rotations or equivalent experience.
• MDT working experience is desirable.

• Provide physiotherapy assessment and treatment for patients with chronic pain.
• Support patients to develop self-management skills and improve functional outcomes.

We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our Multidisciplinary Chronic Pain Service for a Band 6 Physiotherapist. This role is ideal for a physiotherapist with experience in musculoskeletal or long-term conditions, looking to develop specialist skills in chronic pain management using a biopsychosocial approach.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting patients to improve their function and quality of life through rehabilitation, education and self-management strategies.
