We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Band 6 Clinical Nurse Specialist or Allied Health Professional (AHP) with specialist knowledge and experience in respiratory care to join our team at Farnham Hospital.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated clinician to provide high-quality, patient-centred respiratory care across the service. You will work as an autonomous practitioner, undertaking comprehensive assessment, clinical management and review of patients with a range of respiratory conditions, while supporting the delivery and development of the service.
You will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, patients, carers and other healthcare professionals to promote effective self-management, improve health outcomes and reduce avoidable hospital admissions. The role will include providing specialist advice, education and support to patients and colleagues, contributing to clinical pathways and supporting service improvement.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent clinical, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary team. You will be committed to evidence-based practice, clinical excellence and delivering compassionate care.
