Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Senior Neuro Occupational Therapist to contribute to the neuro/acute OT service. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care, support junior staff, and help develop services within a dynamic team.

The role requires HCPC registration and a degree in OT, with experience in neuro conditions and stroke. The post offers opportunities for learning, leadership development, and flexible working patterns where possible.

Qualifications

Main duties of the job

• The Senior OT contributes to the provision, co-ordination and development of OT services for their specific section.


• Assists in training and supervising junior staff and students and participates in administrative functions of the OT Department.


• To provide excellent, high quality person centred clinical care that advocates for patients.


• Strive to provide a service fit for today and the future.


• Develop personal leadership to support clinical growth.


• The successful post holder should have experience working with stroke and a range of other neurological conditionals.
