Circle Health Group’s Kings Oak and Cavell Hospitals in Enfield are seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join the inpatient therapy team on a bank basis. You will cover weekend shifts as part of a 7-day service, providing high-quality assessment and treatment for complex cases across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Formación

• HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.

Responsabilidades

• Develop individualised treatment plans using a variety of physiotherapy techniques to optimise recovery, function, and independence.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt interventions accordingly, ensuring high standards of clinical care.
• Manage a designated caseload efficiently, prioritising based on clinical urgency and discharge planning needs.
• Liaise with the multidisciplinary team to support safe, effective, and timely patient care.
• Contribute to continuity of care by supporting patient transitions between services.

Salary: Up to £25.00 per hour (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

Job Description

We have an opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department, particularly within Inpatient Therapy services across our two hospital sites. In this role, you will support the delivery of high-quality inpatient care as part of our 7-day service, with weekend working on a bank basis being an essential requirement.

This is a bank role working on an "as and when required" basis, you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.

Duties of this role include:

• Independently assess and treat patients with more complex needs across inpatient or outpatient settings.
• Develop individualised treatment plans using a variety of physiotherapy techniques to optimise recovery, function, and independence.
