Circle Health Group is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist on a bank basis for Lincoln Private Hospital. The role covers bank shifts, providing cover during busy periods and holidays.

You will assess and treat complex cases, develop personalised plans, and liaise with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, timely patient care. HCPC-registered physiotherapists with solid post-registration experience and strong clinical reasoning are encouraged to apply.

• Monitor patient progress and adapt interventions accordingly, ensuring high standards of clinical care.
• Manage a designated caseload efficiently, prioritising based on clinical urgency and discharge planning needs.
• Liaise with the multidisciplinary team to support safe, effective, and timely patient care.
• Contribute to continuity of care by supporting patient transitions between services.

Salary: Up to £25.00 per hour (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

We have an opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department.

This is a bank role working on an "as and when required" basis, you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.

Duties of this role include:

• Independently assess and treat patients with more complex needs across inpatient or outpatient settings.
• Develop individualised treatment plans using a variety of physiotherapy techniques to optimise recovery, function, and independence.
