Circle Rehabilitation in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist on a 6 month fixed-term contract. 37.5 hours per week, the role includes leading assessment and treatment for complex cases and mentoring Band 5/Level 1 staff.

You will help develop clinical pathways and ensure care meets HCPC/CSP/CQC standards. The ideal candidate will be HCPC-registered with extensive post-registration experience in a specified clinical specialty and demonstrated leadership and audit experience.

• Lead the assessment, treatment, and management of patients with complex conditions within your specialist area (e.g. MSK, neuro, orthopaedics, respiratory).
• Use advanced clinical reasoning to develop and adjust treatment plans that align with patient goals and evidence-based practice.
• Provide formal supervision, mentoring, and training to Band 5/Level 1 physiotherapists, assistants, and students.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical pathways, protocols, and outcome measures within your area.
• Ensure all care is delivered in line with regulatory, professional, and organisational standards (e.g. HCPC, CSP, CQC).
• Build strong therapeutic relationships with patients and carers to promote engagement, education, and self-management.

Salary: Up to £44,044.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

We have an opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department.

This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

Duties of this role include:

• Lead the assessment, treatment, and management of patients with complex conditions within your specialist area (e.g. MSK, neuro, orthopaedics, respiratory).
