Circle Health Group's Clementine Churchill Hospital in Harrow is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist for a 30-hour-per-week, permanent role. The successful candidate will assess and treat complex cases in inpatient or outpatient settings and work within a multidisciplinary team to optimise recovery and function.

Qualifications

• HCPC-registered Physiotherapist
• Solid post-registration experience across a range of clinical areas
• Experience with oncology rehabilitation including breast care desirable
• Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to team working and service improvement
• Evidence of CPD or postgraduate learning in a relevant clinical area
• Experience supporting or mentoring junior staff or students
• Familiarity with electronic documentation and outcome measurement tools
• Involvement in audit or clinical service initiatives

Responsibilities

Salary: Up to £55,000.00 FTE per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

The Clementine Churchill Hospital in Harrow Is part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country.

We have an opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department.

This is a part-time role for 30 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern with normal operating clinics Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm.

Duties of this role include:

• Independently assess and treat patients with more complex needs across inpatient or outpatient settings.
• Develop individualised treatment plans using a variety of physiotherapy techniques to optimise recovery, function, and independence.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt interventions accordingly, ensuring high standards of clinical care.
• Manage a designated caseload efficiently, prioritising based on clinical urgency and discharge planning needs.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:
