Job summary

North-PB is seeking a Physical Security Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of safety and security system projects in London. You will drive planning, execution and stakeholder engagement across live environments, including VMS, access control, and analytics.

The role requires extensive PM experience in data centres or critical infrastructure, strong governance, and hands-on knowledge of Genetec/Lenel and related technologies. A robust budget and change-control capability is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering security system projects.
• Experience managing multi-site deployments in data centres or critical infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of physical security systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion).
• Experience with project documentation (PID, RAID logs, schedules).

Responsibilities

• Plan and mobilise by defining scope, objectives and timelines with stakeholders.
• Lead delivery by coordinating safety and security systems across sites, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Control progress, budget, risks and changes with structured change control.
• Close and improve by delivering handover, stakeholder sign-off and lessons learned.
