Qualifications

• 7+ years backend development experience with PHP.
• 4+ years building enterprise apps in Laravel or senior Symfony.
• Distributed systems, event-driven architecture and messaging patterns.
• Fluent English for technical discussions and cross-border collaboration.
• Experience on AWS and containerized environments (Docker).
• Commitment to SOLID, testing standards and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of high-performance distributed systems for global traffic.
• Develop and refine services to improve scalability and efficiency.
• Transition toward SOA for modularity and resilience.
• Set code quality standards with SOLID, patterns and tests.
• Coach mid-level engineers via deep code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Identify bottlenecks and apply advanced caching and DB strategies.
• Collaborate with Product and DevOps to map scalable roadmaps.
