Job summary

Book Aid International is seeking a Senior Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager to lead and develop our philanthropy and corporate partnerships programme, manage a portfolio of high-value supporters, and line manage the Philanthropy and Partnerships Executive.

You will develop a major donor strategy, secure new funding opportunities, grow corporate partnerships, and provide compelling funding proposals and reports, with hybrid working and a strong commitment to equity and inclusion.

• Proven philanthropy fundraising experience.
• Track record of securing major gifts.
• Corporate partnership development experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Line management experience.

The Opportunity

Lead and develop our philanthropy and corporate partnerships programme, manage a portfolio of high-value supporters, identify new funding opportunities, and line manage the Philanthropy and Partnerships Executive.

• Develop and deliver a major donor strategy.
• Manage and steward major donors and prospects.
• Prepare compelling funding proposals and reports.
• Grow corporate partnerships and secure new supporters.
• Lead planning, forecasting and performance reporting.

About You

• Proven philanthropy fundraising experience.
